Al Jones, a former trucking instructor turned entrepreneur, founded Redbone Trucking Inc. in 2005, driven by his passion for the industry and desire to inspire others in pursuit of their career aspirations. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a thriving enterprise, boasting a $70 million annual revenue and a fleet of over 200 trucks. In January 2024, Al expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio with the launch of Salt Lake Manufacturing. Beyond his professional endeavors, Al cherishes quality time with his family and indulges his love for motorsports and car racing.

Nathan kickstarted his engineering journey at Spudnik Equipment Co as a tube laser technologist. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, he's adept in design for manufacturability, excelling in Solidworks Design and machine programming. Trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Nathan optimizes processes and upholds quality standards. Beyond work, he finds joy in music and playing guitar.

Justin has a diverse background across industries and roles. Initially a carpenter, he ventured into Architectural Visualization before excelling in logistics management at FedEx Ground for 16 years, where he contributed to operations through software design. He then served as Controller at Redbone Trucking for four years, before joining Salt Lake Manufacturing, where he collaborates with Al to drive success, leveraging his diverse skills and managerial expertise for company growth.
